Kids Classes & Workshops
4-week kids classes will be offered in Jan, March, May leading up to our summer camps. We will also have activities during Spring Break.
MAY KIDS: INTRODUCTION TO CLAY
Thursdays 4:00 - 5:15PM / 4 weeks (May 9, 16, 23, 30)
Kids (max of 4) will explore the world of ceramics and discover their unique creativity in this 4-week introductory course. Students will be introduced to different styles of handbuilding, wheel throwing and glazing techniques to create pottery pieces to bring home. This course is for ages 7+. Clothes and shoes will get messy. This price includes all materials; there are no additional fees.

In this 4-day class, kids 7+ will receive an introduction to wheel throwing techniques, ceramic hand-building and glazing. Preacher Pottery will work with each student to make 4-5 pieces on the wheel and 2-3 pieces by handbuilding.
